Current use
The public website is designed to work without advertising cookies. Server logs and strictly necessary security mechanisms may process technical information required to deliver and protect the service.
Contact-form protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical signals when the challenge loads.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is an optional measurement service provided by Google LLC. It helps us understand the number of visits, pages viewed, session activity, approximate location, and browser and device type.
Where applicable rules require prior consent, Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics”. Elsewhere it may load on the first visit for site measurement, but you can reject it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. A previous rejection remains effective if your location changes, and Global Privacy Control is respected.
If accepted, Google Analytics may store the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> to distinguish users and maintain session state. Their default expiry is up to two years. Google states that GA4 uses IP addresses at collection time to derive approximate location and discards them before they are logged.
User-level and event-level data retention in this Analytics property is set to two months and is not extended when a user returns.
Remembering your choice
The website stores a strictly necessary preference named thaiclinicfinder_analytics_consent in your browser for up to 12 months so that it can remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics. This preference is not used for measurement.
