9 Best Massage Studios in Bangkok

Compare Bangkok massage studios by the service menu, session length, price and opening hours each one publishes on its own official website.

Bangkok, ThailandReviewed 9 providers

Bangkok has more massage shops than almost any other capital city, which makes choosing between them harder rather than easier. This page gathers studios across the city that publish a real service menu, a street address and opening hours on their own website, so you can see what is actually on offer before you walk in. The list runs from single-shop operators on one soi to chains with a dozen branches, and from 350 baht hour-long Thai massage to sports work priced several times higher.

How we compared these venues

Every studio on this page was checked on its own official website on 25 August 2026. Aggregators, booking marketplaces and social media pages were not accepted as sources, and a venue with no site of its own did not qualify at all. We recorded only what each studio publishes about itself: the treatments on its menu, session lengths, listed prices where they are given, branch addresses and opening hours. We make no assessment of therapeutic effect. Where a studio advertises a health outcome on its own pages we have either left that claim out or attributed it plainly to the studio.

1Asia Herb Association

Asia Herb Association

Asia Herb Association builds its menu around fresh herbal ball treatments alongside body and foot massage, rather than spreading across a wide spa card. The Sukhumvit 24 Phrom Phong shop is the largest of its three branches: its branch page lists 9:00 to 24:00 opening every day of the year with last reception at 22:00, 19 private twin rooms, four rooms with a steam sauna and a 16-seat foot area. It suits groups and anyone who wants a shower room attached to the treatment room. Large bookings are handled by request, so contact the shop rather than relying on walk-in space.

2At Ease

At Ease

At Ease splits three shops across Soi Sukhumvit 33/1 and Soi Sukhumvit 39, and the important detail is that they do not all carry the same menu: one 33/1 address is the massage shop, the other is the spa shop, and the Sukhumvit 39 address does both. Its shop page gives 9AM to 11PM hours at the massage locations with reception closing at 10PM, open 365 days. Check which address matches the treatment you want before travelling, since the sois are a walk apart and only the Sukhumvit 39 branch has its own parking.

3Bangkok Sports Massage

Bangkok Sports Massage

Bangkok Sports Massage. This one is aimed at people who train rather than people who want to unwind, and its published pricing reflects that: sports massage from 950 baht, mobility stretching from 550 baht and an office syndrome session from 950 baht. The studio states that its treatments are delivered by certified therapists and sports scientists. Three branches appear on the locations page, at Ari, Silom and Thonglor, with a Ratchaprasong site announced for October 2026. Each branch runs its own phone line and LINE account, so book through the branch you actually intend to visit.

4Bodytune Wellness

Bodytune Wellness

Bodytune runs two Bangkok addresses with deliberately different scope. The Sukhumvit 16 flagship in the Kuppa Complex carries the full offering, including sauna, ice bath and recovery equipment, while the Chidlom studio in Maneeya Center is presented on the company site as the massage-focused location, listing Thai massage, foot reflexology, aromatic oil, herbal compress and sports massage. Massage hours are 11:00 to midnight daily at both. A separate licensed physiotherapy clinic operates on its own 09:00 to 21:00 schedule; if you only want massage, Chidlom is the simpler booking of the two.

5FootMaster

FootMaster

FootMaster has concentrated on foot reflexology since June 2010 and keeps just two addresses: the third floor of Amarin Plaza on Ploenchit Road, open 10am to 9pm, and a larger Sukhumvit 31 flagship open until 11pm. Both are set out with phone numbers and Thai-language taxi directions on the contact page. It is a narrow menu by design, which suits someone who specifically wants foot work rather than a full-body session. Note that the site makes broad assertions about what reflexology does to the body; judge the shop on its published hours, menu and training instead.

6Health Land Spa & Massage

Health Land Spa & Massage

Health Land is the widest network on this page, operating in Bangkok, Pattaya and Chiang Mai, and it sits on the line between a massage shop and a day spa: the menu runs from traditional Thai massage and foot massage through to body scrubs, facials and packages of several hours. The Asoke branch page gives the address as 55/5 Sukhumvit 21 Road and hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. every day. Walk-ins are accepted, but the branch advises booking ahead to secure a preferred slot, and the longer packages in particular fill early at weekends.

7One More Thai Massage

One More Thai Massage

One More Thai is the newest-looking operation on this list, running a Chitlom flagship at 993 Phloen Chit Road and a smaller Phrom Phong shop at 20/4 Sukhumvit 39, both open 10am to 11pm daily. Its site is published in English and Chinese and makes a point of the bright, minimalist room design rather than the darker traditional shop look. Evidence on the site is thinner than most here: individual treatment prices are not listed on the front pages, and there is a membership card scheme, so ask what one session costs before a package is quoted.

8Rest And Relax Massage

Rest And Relax Massage

Rest And Relax is a single shop on Soi Sukhumvit 21 beside the Furama Xclusive hotel, and it is the most transparent on price of anything here. Traditional Thai and foot massage run 350 baht for 60 minutes, 500 for 90 and 650 for 120; oil massage starts at 600 baht and aromatherapy at 700, with couple packages around 3,000 baht, all listed on its menu. Hours are 10:00 to 23:30 daily. The site attaches a list of benefits to each treatment, which is the shop's own wording and not a verified outcome.

9Thai Thai Massage

Thai Thai Massage

Thai Thai is the largest chain here by branch count, with eleven Bangkok shops listed around Nana, Asok, Phrom Phong and Siam Square. Each gets its own page: the Sukhumvit 24 branch sits at 1/7 Soi Sukhumvit 24 and runs 10:00 AM to midnight, the schedule most branches share, though the Sukhumvit 4 shop runs noon to 2:00 AM instead. A standing promotion gives 20 percent off the 90-minute menu before 6pm chain-wide. Confirm the exact soi when booking, because several branches sit within a few hundred metres of each other.

Choosing a massage studio in Bangkok

You now have several good options on this list, and the right pick really comes down to what you want out of the session rather than which studio has the fanciest reception area. If you are dealing with a specific issue like a stiff neck from desk work or tight legs after a long flight, it is worth calling ahead and asking whether the therapist assigned to you has formal training or certification in that particular style, whether it is Thai massage, deep tissue, or something more specialized like sports or prenatal work.

Once you are on the table, remember that pressure is never a fixed setting. A good therapist will check in early on, but you should not wait to be asked. Speak up in the first few minutes if something feels too intense or too light, and confirm before the session starts that adjusting mid massage is expected and welcome.

Hygiene is the other detail that separates a studio you will return to from one you will not. Look for fresh linens between clients, clean private or semi private rooms, and staff who wash or sanitize their hands before starting.

Since a massage outing in Bangkok is so often bundled with other self care stops, a facial, a nail appointment, or a skin treatment, it can help to see how the wider scene stacks up before you plan your day. Our beauty clinics in Bangkok guide lays out that broader landscape so you can build a fuller itinerary around your massage booking.
