Lek Yoga is a Pattaya school offering yoga, Thai yoga massage stretching, Yin yoga, meditation and related workshops. Its official site lists private beginner classes, wellness yoga and meditation workshops, Vipassana meditation, Thai yoga massage and continuing education programmes (school site).

The school publishes a 200-hour yoga teacher-training programme with Thai yoga stretches, Yin and Vipassana, as well as shorter 90-hour Yin and Thai yoga massage stretching and five-day advanced-stretching courses.
